Phlebotomy training
Phlebotomy training is a short certificate in drawing blood and handling the specimen. This directory shows where that training is listed, city by city.
Training covers identification of the patient, the draw, labeling at the side of the patient, sharps safety, and what to do when a draw fails. Length is usually weeks or a short certificate, not a four-year degree.
Some lessons can be online. The sticks are in person. Hybrid programs say so when the public record describes the format.
Choose a state below to see cities with listed training. 1,847 schools are in this directory.
Finishing training does not by itself confer a national credential or a state license. Those are separate steps, and employers decide what they accept.
