Sources and method
Every school card names the public source of the record. This page is the key to those labels.
NCES IPEDS completions for CIP 51.1009, Phlebotomy Technician/Phlebotomist, show that an institution reported awards. The card lists the year, the award level, and the count. A count is not a quality score. Private courses that do not report to IPEDS are collected from other public lists and are not marked as IPEDS.
Workforce eligible-training lists, including multi-state WIOA files and state files for Texas, New York City, and Washington, contribute program name, credential, hours, weeks, format, and tuition when the file has them. A place on that list is not free tuition and is not a guarantee of funding.
The California Department of Public Health, Laboratory Field Services, publishes approved phlebotomy training schools. A card marked from that list should still be checked against the current state page before you pay.
Office hours are copied only when the school’s own website published them. Google star ratings are not invented. Coordinates are used only when the record includes them.
